These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HYDRO LAB website and any purchase you make from us.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to your use of our website and purchases made directly through the HYDRO LAB
website.
Separate terms or policies may apply to certain services, promotions, professional products, training,
subscriptions, wholesale accounts or other services offered by us.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy should be read alongside these
Terms.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and any specific terms displayed for a particular promotion,
product or service, the specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
3. USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
1
You must not:
use our website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, servers, databases or systems;
introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology;
interfere with the proper operation or security of our website;
use automated systems to extract or scrape substantial amounts of content from our website
without permission;
reproduce, copy or commercially exploit our website or its content without our written
permission; or
use our website in a fraudulent, misleading or abusive manner.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or part of our website where reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or uninterrupted.
4. OUR PRODUCTS
HYDRO LAB provides skincare and cosmetic products.
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, sizes
and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, product packaging, appearance or presentation may occasionally vary from images shown
online. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.
We may make reasonable changes to packaging, formulations or product presentation where
appropriate, including to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, provided that such changes do
not materially alter the product you ordered without appropriate notice.
All products are subject to availability.
5. COSMETIC & SKINCARE INFORMATION
Information provided on our website, social media, packaging, product pages, blogs or other HYDRO
LAB materials is provided for general skincare and cosmetic information.
Our cosmetic products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical
condition.
Information on our website should not be regarded as medical advice or a substitute for advice from an
appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Individual skin responses can vary. Results shown, described or discussed by HYDRO LAB are not a
guarantee that every customer will experience identical results.
You are responsible for following the instructions, warnings and precautions provided with each
product.

Where appropriate, we recommend carrying out a patch test before first use, particularly if you have
sensitive or reactive skin.
You should discontinue use if significant irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate
medical advice where necessary.
If you know that you have an allergy or sensitivity, you should review the product ingredient list
carefully before use.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, receiving medical treatment, taking medication or have a diagnosed
skin or medical condition, you should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary before
introducing products containing active ingredients.
Products must be used only for their intended cosmetic purpose and in accordance with the
instructions supplied.
6. INGREDIENT INFORMATION
We aim to keep ingredient information on our website accurate and up to date.
Product formulations may occasionally be updated or improved. The ingredient list displayed on the
physical product or its packaging is the most appropriate information to check before use.
If you have a known allergy or specific ingredient concern, please check the product packaging before
using the product and contact us if you require further information.
7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where
appropriate, refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
We may introduce purchase limits on particular products where reasonably necessary, including during
promotions or periods of limited stock.
8. PRICES
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP/£).
Prices include VAT where VAT is applicable unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your order.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders for which a contract
has already been formed.
3
Despite our reasonable efforts, a product may occasionally be incorrectly priced.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.
We will not be obliged to supply a product at a price that is clearly and unmistakably incorrect where
the error could reasonably have been recognised as such.
9. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in
your basket.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is complete and
accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation.
A legally binding contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order. Depending on our
checkout process, this may be confirmed in our order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorised;
we identify an obvious pricing or product-description error;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
applicable purchase restrictions have been exceeded; or
we are unable lawfully to supply the product.
If payment has already been taken for an order we subsequently cannot accept, we will refund the
relevant amount.
10. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices
may also apply.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available at all times.
Where instalment or “buy now, pay later” services are offered through a third-party provider, any credit
agreement is between you and that provider and will be subject to the provider's own terms and
eligibility requirements.

11. DELIVERY
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website and/or during
checkout.
We will deliver to the address provided when you place your order. Please ensure that your delivery
information is correct.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the times stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are
estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not
affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered within the period
required by applicable consumer law.
Please contact us promptly if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
12. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Responsibility for goods passes to you when the goods are delivered into your physical possession or to
a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.
Ownership of products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
13. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR MISSING PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as
reasonably possible at info@hydrolab.org.uk, preferably including:
your order number;
details of the issue; and
photographs where they would help us investigate.
This request does not limit your statutory rights.
Where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the standards required by law,
you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the
circumstances.
14. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will generally have a legal right to change your mind
and cancel your contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this statutory cancellation right.
•
•
•
5
If an order contains multiple products delivered separately, the cancellation period will generally run
from receipt of the final item covered by that order.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order.
Email: info@hydrolab.org.uk
Please include your name, order number and sufficient information for us to identify the order.
Further details are provided in our Returns Policy.
15. RETURNS OF COSMETIC & SKINCARE PRODUCTS
Because skincare and cosmetic products may be sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, your
statutory right to change your mind may not apply to certain sealed products once the seal has been
broken after delivery, where the applicable legal exception applies.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails
to meet your statutory rights.
Products being returned under the right to change your mind should be handled only to the extent
reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We may make a deduction from a refund where permitted by law if the value of goods has been
reduced as a result of handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for return instructions.
16. REFUNDS
Where you validly cancel an eligible order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will provide the
refund required by applicable law.
Where applicable, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge. If you selected a more
expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to
refund the additional delivery cost.
Return postage arrangements and responsibility for return costs are explained in our Returns Policy
and will be applied in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this section affects your rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
17. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNT CODES & OFFERS
From time to time, HYDRO LAB may offer promotional codes, discounts, free gifts, competitions,
bundles or other special offers.
6
Unless otherwise stated:
promotions are available for a limited period;
promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
only one promotional code may be used per order;
promotional codes may not be combined with other offers;
minimum spend requirements may apply;
certain products may be excluded;
free gifts are subject to availability; and
promotional offers may have additional specific terms.
We may refuse or cancel use of a promotion where we reasonably believe it has been obtained,
transferred or used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to the promotion's terms.
We may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect rights
already acquired under a completed contract except where permitted by law.
18. GIFT CARDS
Where HYDRO LAB gift cards or vouchers are offered, separate terms may apply and will be displayed at
the time of purchase.
Gift cards have no cash redemption value except where required by law.
19. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS & USER CONTENT
Where our website allows you to submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content, you
confirm that:
the content reflects your genuine experience where presented as a review or testimonial;
you have the right to submit the content;
it is not defamatory, unlawful, threatening, abusive or misleading;
it does not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; and
it does not contain malicious software or inappropriate commercial advertising.
You retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content to us for publication, you grant HYDRO LAB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence
to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with operating and promoting HYDRO LAB,
subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content
that breaches these Terms.
20. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
HYDRO LAB may operate accounts on third-party social media platforms.
Your use of those platforms is also subject to the relevant platform's own terms and policies.

Any competitions, giveaways or promotions conducted through social media will be subject to the
specific terms provided for that promotion.
21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The HYDRO LAB name, logos, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, videos, product
presentation, text and other content are owned by or licensed to HYDRO LAB and are protected by
applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our
intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any HYDRO LAB intellectual property.
22. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
These links are provided for convenience or information. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not
control those third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy
practices.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.
23. WEBSITE SECURITY
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security of our website.
However, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be free from viruses, malicious code or
other technological threats.
You are responsible for using appropriate security and virus-protection software when accessing
websites and online services.
24. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any liability or consumer right which cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result
of our breach of contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.
•
•
•
8
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where you purchase products as a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of
profit, revenue, business opportunity or commercial interruption arising from consumer use of our
products, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
25. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, courier
disruption, strikes, failure of telecommunications networks, cyber incidents, governmental action or
other events beyond our reasonable control.
Where an event significantly affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will take reasonable steps to
inform you and minimise disruption.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
26. PRODUCT MISUSE
HYDRO LAB products should be used only as directed.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from deliberate
misuse, use contrary to clear product instructions or warnings, or use for a purpose for which the
product was not intended.
This provision does not exclude or restrict any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
We take your privacy seriously.
Personal information collected through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
and applicable data-protection law.
Our website may also use cookies and similar technologies. Further information is provided in our
Cookie Policy.
28. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where you have consented to receive marketing communications, we may send you information about
HYDRO LAB products, launches, promotions and news.
9
You may unsubscribe from electronic marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe
option provided or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional communications
necessary to process an order or administer our relationship with you.
29. FRAUD & MISUSE
We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised transactions.
We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of
promotions, unauthorised payment activity or other unlawful conduct.
Where appropriate, information may be shared with payment providers, fraud-prevention services or
relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
30. CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE
We may update, change, suspend or withdraw parts of our website from time to time.
We may also update product descriptions, imagery, prices and availability.
Where a change affects an order for which a binding contract has already been formed, your existing
contractual and statutory rights will remain protected.
31. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products,
technology or applicable law.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
The Terms applying to a purchase will generally be those in force when the relevant contract was
formed.
32. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation where
permitted by law.
If such a transfer materially affects your rights, we will provide any notice required by law.
You may transfer your rights under these Terms where the law permits or with our written agreement.
33. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or relevant authority to be unlawful or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
10
34. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived
our right to enforce it later.
35. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms are between you and HYDRO LAB.
No other person has a right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
36. COMPLAINTS

Nothing in our complaints process affects your legal rights.
37. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from
mandatory protections available to you under the laws applicable where you live and may have rights to
bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
